Product Description
This 40x40mm punched slotting rail is a square hollow section extruded from 6063 T5 aluminium with a 1.6mm wall, giving a rigid profile for fencing, screening and slat-attachment systems. It is pre-punched with a 25mm opening pattern on a 100mm module, providing evenly spaced fixing points for battens, slats or infill panels without any on-site drilling, and is available with a single punched face or both faces punched (see the Punched Side option above). Supplied in 6.5m lengths in a raw mill finish, it's ready to be powder coated to match a project's colour scheme or left natural. It's a practical choice for fencing runs, screening panels and slotting systems where consistent, pre-punched fixing points are needed. Being aluminium, it resists corrosion, needs no ongoing maintenance and holds its line over long runs.
